Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request — please call ahead.
A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Final payment is due upon arrival. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Please contact us directly for reservation details and deposit requirements.
Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival may forfeit the deposit. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount. Please contact us if you need to modify or cancel your reservation.
Island View Resort is pet friendly! We welcome well-behaved pets in our cottages. We ask all pet owners to be fair and responsible — please keep pets leashed on the grounds, clean up after them, and do not leave pets unattended in the cottage. A pet fee may apply.
We provide pillows, blankets, and comforters in all cottages. Guests are responsible for bringing their own towels and washcloths. If you provide your own sheets and pillow cases, your rate is discounted by $105 weekly or $15 daily.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of other guests and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.
All cottages are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please use designated areas and dispose of cigarettes properly.
Waterfront cottages 1, 4, 6, and 8 have private fire pits. A large communal fire pit is available on the front lawn for all guests. All firewood is provided by the resort. Please ensure fires are fully extinguished before leaving.
Boat rentals are available to guests only. Life jackets must be worn at all times while on the water. Dock slips are assigned by resort management. All boats must be operated safely and in accordance with Michigan boating laws.
Please treat our cottages and grounds with care. Guests are responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear. Please leave the cottage in the condition you found it — take out trash, wash dishes, and sweep floors before check-out.
Island View Resort is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during your stay. Guests use all facilities and equipment at their own risk.
