We provide pillows, blankets, and comforters. Guests always provide their own towels and washcloths. If you bring your own sheets and pillow cases, your rate is discounted by $105 weekly or $15 daily.
Yes! We are pet friendly. We ask all pet owners to please be fair and responsible — keep pets leashed on the grounds and clean up after them.
Yes, Wi-Fi and Dish Network satellite TV are available in all cottages.
We rent boats to our guests only. We have a 14' fishing boat, a 17' fishing pontoon, and a 21' deluxe cruise pontoon. Pricing does not include gas. Visit our Boat Rentals page for rates.
Absolutely! We have excellent docking with 4-point tie-offs. Slips accommodate boats up to 32 feet long and 12 feet wide. Dock slips are available daily, weekly, monthly, or for the season. We also provide a separate fish cleaning house with running water.
Yes! Island View Resort is open year round. While summer is our peak season, the Les Cheneaux Islands area offers beautiful scenery and outdoor activities in every season.
Yes, all firewood is provided by the resort. Waterfront cottages 1, 4, 6, and 8 have private fire pits, and there is also a large communal fire pit on the front lawn for all guests.
Yes, every cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with cooking and tableware, refrigerator, electric or gas range, microwave oven, coffee maker, and toaster. A vacuum cleaner is also provided in each cottage.
The Les Cheneaux Islands offer excellent fishing! The area is known for pike, bass, perch, and walleye. We also offer fishing charters through Island Charters LLC — visit our Charter Booking page for details.
We're located on Cedarville Bay in the Les Cheneaux Islands, just 1 mile east of Cedarville off M-134 in Michigan's Eastern Upper Peninsula. We're centrally located between Mackinac Island, Sault Sainte Marie, and Drummond Island.
