* ALL 2018 RATES MAY BE DISCOUNTED BY $100 WEEKLY OR $17 DAILY FOR GUEST PROVIDING THEIR SHEETS AND PILLOW CASES, WE PROVIDE PILLOWS, BLANKETS AND COMFORTERS.  GUEST ALWAYS PROVIDE THEIR TOWELS, CLOTHS AND SOAPS.

 

* DAILY RATES ARE FOR A THREE DAY MINIMUM WHEN APPLICABLE..

 

* A minimum deposit of $200 is required at the time of making a reservation for each week reserved.  Deposits are refundable when the cottage is re-booked.

 

* VISA, MASTER CARD and DISCOVER credit and debit cards are accepted.

 

**  3 Double Beds and 2 Bunk Beds.  Bunk room has two sets of bunk beds with double on the bottom and bunk on top.
 

*** 2 Double Beds and 2 Bunk Beds.  Third bedroom has a set of bunk beds.

 

AN EXTRA GUEST IS ALLOWED IN COTTAGES 1-2-5-6-8 and 10 FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $40 DAILY AND $200 WEEKLY.

 

 

EXTRA GUEST ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE VACATION HOME OR COTTAGES 4 or 7 .
